Had a great experience at the NYC location thanks to Jasmine and Landon! They answered all of my questions and recommended the perfect boot for me. Before walking out with my custom branded boots, I enjoyed a free shiner bock and some good conversation.

Incredible product but even better customer experience! I went in the shop with a specific boot style in mind but the staff listened to my concerns (wanted for regular use instead of special occasion) and while the look was important comfort was top priority. Also I have wider feet and they were able to stretch the boot just slightly, ensuring it molds to my foot over time (these boots have such high quality soft leather). Special call outs to Landon, Ilan and Colette for their authentic conversation and genuine interest in making sure I was happy and I never felt pressured to purchase as you do in some shops. This company clearly prioritizes staff training and the customer experience.

I'm not sure how Tecovas hires and trains staff - but they're doing a damn good job. THIS is customer service. I had a wonderful experience earlier this week with Kirsten when I dropped by to get fitted for a hat and boots. Not only was Kirsten polite and accommodating (which can be challenging in the holiday season - guests can be a nightmare), she was extremely knowledgeable about the brand itself, proper hat care and boot care, and was an absolute delight to speak with. My size was not in stock, sadly, so I have to order online, but go in person if you can. The staff know their stuff. Also, shout-out to the bartender and manager on duty this Monday when I came in to the shop who was a delight to talk with. Again, did I mention the hospitality here? A drink on the house for any guest? That's pretty amazing flagship at a hospitality.

I recently visited the tecovas store in SoHo and it was truly an amazing experience! The store associates were all so amazing! I was lucky enough to have Ariel help me design a cowgirl hat for my wedding! Ariel was patient, attentive and so helpful! Ariel guided me and gave me recommendations on what to add on to my hat to make it so special. The customer service is beyond words can even describe! I found parking right out front of the store and they offered me a cold bevy as soon as I entered! It was a fun atmosphere too and it is just was NYC needs! I also got my boots stretched and it made such a roomier difference in the boots! I recommend to anyone looking for western fashion in NYC to stop by!!

Truly one of the top shopping experiences I’ve had. This Tecovas is spacious, full bar, great selection, branding station, and the friendliest staff. Jenna was absolutely amazing, kind, and patient. I recommend seeing her! She truly knows the products! I will definitely come back for another pair of boots.

Amazing vibes! This was our first stop in our visit to the city. Joshua is the sales person to look for! He made shopping for my super western dad very easy and seamless. Not to mention threw in a shot to continue the fun vibes. Definitely made for a great start to my birthday trip!

Decided to check out Tecovas since I was in SOHO during their opening weekend. Stepping inside reminded me of the boot stores of Austin, TX. The majority of the store was dedicated to showcasing the boots and boot customization. They also sold other leather goods (belts and wallets) and a selection of streetwear (t-shirts, button down shirts, jeans, hats, dresses). Prices seemed reasonable overall. Tecovas also features a bar that offers complimentary drinks to anyone who walks into the store. Definitely a good way to make the customers feel appreciated. I tried the Highwayman cocktail which was super smooth although I didn’t pick up any of the passionfruit notes. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to SOHO.

This is by far the greatest Tecovas store of all time! Having been to plenty across the US, this one has the best environment, staff, and amenities. There’s plenty of wonderful staff like Charlotte and Tom, a full bar, boot shining, branding and embossing, and every Tecovas offering you could imagine. We were welcomed in with open arms, supported in our boot shopping experience, and left with beautiful boots, amazing belts, and an experience like no other. Their opening staff, including Clark from San Antonio, were awesome. Their hospitality, led by Marvin, left us with great options at their Death & Co designed bar. Shoutout to Charlotte for her fantastic branding skills and boot expertise! Overall, I heavily recommend spending your time and money there for a high quality boot shopping experience!

Nick made our visit to Tecovas an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive the whole time. He gave us clear, detailed, and engaging explanations about the products and everything they do, which we really appreciated. It’s obvious he has great knowledge and real passion for his work. Overall, a fantastic experience. It’s always a pleasure to be helped by someone like him. Highly recommended!
